Notes:
The Cardwell Community Centre is a one storey, rectangular,
red brick construction with a steep pitch Dutch gable roof,
brick chimney on the south elevation, concrete foundation, a
flat-headed window with brick voussoir and stone lug sill on
the south elevation, and a series of seven flat-headed
windows with a continuous stone sill on the east elevation.
There is a small, vinyl sided addition in the centre of the
north elevation with a shallow pitch Dutch gable roof and
central single door entrance. The structure was constructed on a hill allowing for a single door entrance offset to the west side on the south elevation.
